为研究同种工艺、不同配方、不同界面处理方式和界面接触结构研制的组合装药固体推进剂界面的力学性能,在20℃,50℃和-40℃下,采用材料拉伸实验机测试了基于NC/NG/RDX体系的浇铸工艺改性双基推进剂配方及组合药柱的抗拉强度和伸长率,利用扫描电镜-能谱联合分析仪分析了断裂面的形貌及元素分布。结果表明:浇铸工艺组合而成的推进剂组合药柱界面的力学性能优于工艺中推进剂力学性能差的一级,界面的处理方式和粘接结构对界面的力学性能影响不大,组合装药的力学性能基本由两级推进剂中力学性能较弱的一级推进剂决定。

Interfacial mechanical properties of single-chamber dual thrust grain were studied by tensile strength equipment, at 20 ℃,50 ℃and -40℃,the tensile intensity and the elongation of propellant with different compo-nents,different treatment method surface and topology prepared by the techniques were obtained. The tensile failure surface appearance and the element analysis were presented by SEM and XPS at the same time. The results show that the interfacial mechanical properties between the propellants made by screw extruded and casted crafts are higher than that of the casted one, and there is little effect for the deal method and the cohesive structure on the mechanical properties for interfacial surface, moreover, the final mechanical properties of propellants can be attrib-uted to the inferior one.
