本文从某空调上下扫风电机的噪音分析出发,对结构的主要发声源进行频谱分析和结构分析,得出电机噪音的控制点。电机噪音主要是电磁噪音和机械噪音。而机械噪音的发声源多,较难排查和解决。本文通过分析电机结构和测试结果,得出解决思路和方案。

In this paper, from the perspectives of the noise of stepping motor in the air conditioner, the frequency and the structure were analyzed for mostly fountainhead noise of structure. The reference point about the motor noise was got. The electromagnetism noise and mechanism noise are the main noises in the motor. There are many the noise-producing sources from mechanism which difficult to check and solve. This paper analyzed the structure and the result of test, and got the method to solve problems.
