本文针对军校本科学员综合素质培养的问题，运用访谈和调查问卷的方法获取了有关综合素质培养的信息，并提出了17个影响综合素质培养的因素。通过分析17个影响因素之间的逻辑关系，构建了综合素质培养影响因素的解释结构模型，得到了影响综合素质培养的三个根本原因，即管理模式不够科学健全、以学员为主体的教育观念未能有效建立、学员学习动力不足，针对根本原因，提出了相应的对策。

For the problems in the cultivation of comprehensive quality of undergraduate cadets, this paper uses interviews and questionnaires methods to get information about the cultivation of comprehensive quality, and proposes 17 factors that affect the cultivation of comprehensive quality. By analyzing the logical relationship among the 17 factors, the interpretive structural model of the factors is constructed, and three fundamental factors affecting the cultivation of comprehensive quality are obtained, that is not scientific and sound management model, lack of education concepts of taking students as the main body, lack of motivation of learning, and the countermeasures are proposed for the fundamental reasons.
