空调用变频压缩机气缸间隙性排气时电机上下腔之间会产生压力差脉动。在某些情况下,曲轴和转子会出现轴向上下窜动,这可能产生噪音。为了研究双缸旋转压缩机在曲轴转子组件的轴向上下窜动特性。本文通过计算了压缩机电机的轴向电磁力,设计了曲轴轴向窜动的试验,并测试分析了压缩机电机上下腔压差脉动、曲轴轴向位移,及其对压缩机振动噪声和轴承磨损的影响。

Discharge intermission of cylinder in inverter air conditioning compressor causes the pressure difference pulsation between the upper and lower chambers of motor. In some conditions, the shaft and rotor may move up and down along with the axis, and it will make noise. In order to study the features of moving up and down along with the axis for shaft and rotor in dual-cylinder rotary compressor, in this paper, the axis magnetic force of compressor mo-tor was calculated. And the experiment of axis displacement for shaft and rotor was designed. By the experiment, the pressure difference pulsation between the upper and lower chambers of motor and the axis displacement of shaft were tested and analyzed. In addition, the affect of axis displacement for vibration, noise, and bearing wear of compressor were also tested and analyzed.
