针对单级压缩空调器在寒冷地区无法满足人们对于供热的要求,研究使用双级压缩循环系统解决寒冷地区的供热问题,分别在不同室外工况下测试对比单双级压缩空调系统的制热量、能效比等参数,结果表明,相比单级压缩系统,双级压缩系统在-15℃工况下,制热量提升达22%,排气温度低于单级压缩,改善了压缩机的润滑条件,提升了压缩机的可靠性。

The one-stage compression air conditioner is unable to meet the requirement for heating in cold region. Aiming at this problem, this paper researches the solution for the heating problems in cold areas by applying the two-stage compression cycle system. The parameters such as heating capacity and energy efficiency ratio of one-stage and two-stage compression cycle system under different outdoor conditions are tested and compared respectively. The re-sults show that compared with one-stage compression cycle system, the heating capacity can be raised up to 22% un-der -15℃ working condition by using two-stage compression cycle system. And the exhaust temperature is lower that one-stage compression. In this way, it improves the lubrication condition and reliability of compressor.
