目的:分析2007~2014年赤峰市人间布鲁菌病(以下简称“布病”)的流行特征,掌握赤峰市布病的疫情动态。方法对2007~2014年赤峰市上报国家疾病监测信息管理系统的数据资料进行收集和整理,主要采用描述性流行病学方法对数据进行统计学处理及分析。结果8年间共报告人间布病11252例,年平均发病率为31.39/10万,其中2014年发病率最高(50.46/10万),2007年最低(14.29/10万);2007~2009年发病率逐年增高,回升趋势一直持续到2011年,2012年又开始降低,但到2014年发病例数骤增到历史最高值(2184例)。发病季节高峰为3~5月,4月发病例数最多。8年间全市12个旗、县、区均有布病的发病,其中林西县和巴林右旗的发病率最高,其次是克什克腾旗和巴林左旗,发病率最低的是红山区、元宝山区和宁城县。发病年龄以40~<55岁感染为主,男性发病率高于女性(字2=356.12,P<0.05),职业分布以农民(79.54%)、牧民(11.65%)居多。结论赤峰市人间布病疫情在2011年开始有好转,但在2014年又增至历史最高峰。应进一步落实综合防治措施,加强传染病的管理和控制,深入对重点人群布病预防知识的宣传教育,以控制赤峰市人间布病的疫情。

목적:분석2007~2014년적봉시인간포로균병(이하간칭“포병”)적류행특정,장악적봉시포병적역정동태。방법대2007~2014년적봉시상보국가질병감측신식관리계통적수거자료진행수집화정리,주요채용묘술성류행병학방법대수거진행통계학처리급분석。결과8년간공보고인간포병11252례,년평균발병솔위31.39/10만,기중2014년발병솔최고(50.46/10만),2007년최저(14.29/10만);2007~2009년발병솔축년증고,회승추세일직지속도2011년,2012년우개시강저,단도2014년발병례수취증도역사최고치(2184례)。발병계절고봉위3~5월,4월발병례수최다。8년간전시12개기、현、구균유포병적발병,기중림서현화파림우기적발병솔최고,기차시극십극등기화파림좌기,발병솔최저적시홍산구、원보산구화저성현。발병년령이40~<55세감염위주,남성발병솔고우녀성(자2=356.12,P<0.05),직업분포이농민(79.54%)、목민(11.65%)거다。결론적봉시인간포병역정재2011년개시유호전,단재2014년우증지역사최고봉。응진일보락실종합방치조시,가강전염병적관리화공제,심입대중점인군포병예방지식적선전교육,이공제적봉시인간포병적역정。
Objective To analyze human epidemic features of brucellosis during 2007-2014 in Chifeng City, and obtain Chifeng City brucellosis epidemic dynamics. Methods Brucellosis information reported to National Disease Monitoring and Information Management System from 2007 to 2014 in Chifeng were collected to analyze. Descriptive epidemiolog-ical methods were mainly employed to make statistical data processing and analysis. Results 11 252 cases were report-ed of human brucellosis in last 8 years, the annual average incidence was 31.39/100 000, the highest rates in 2014 (50.46/100 000) and the lowest in 2007 (14.29/14.29/100 000). Morbidity from 2007 to 2009 increased year by year, and this upward trend continued until 2011. In 2012 it began to reduce, but by 2014 the cases were bumped up to his-torical peak (2184 cases). The highest onset seasons began from March to May, April were the most. The 12 banners, counties or districts were all the epidemic areas with pathogenesis of brucellosis, Linxi County and Bahrain Right Ban-ner had the highest morbidity, Hexigten Banner and Bahrain Left Banner had the second morbidity, Punavuori District, Yuanbaoshan District and Ningcheng County had the lowest. Onset age was given priority to 40-<55 years old group, male incidence was higher than female (χ2=356.12, P< 0.05); professional distribution to farmers (79.54%) and herds-men (11.65%) were in the majority. Conclusion The epidemic situation of human brucellosis of Chifeng City has im-proved in 2011, but reach to history's highest peak in 2014. The comprehensive prevention and control measures should be further carried out to strengthen the management and control the brucellosis infection. Professional knowl-edge of annimal brucellosis prevention propaganda and education and control the outbreak of human brucellosis in Chifeng City are required.
