为了使士官雷达装备教学达到更好的效果,分析了雷达装备教学的现状,结合士官学员的实际,探讨了视频反馈在雷达装备教学中的作用,提出了将视频反馈用于雷达装备教学中的具体实施步骤。这进一步增强了学员的主体地位,为提高雷达装备教学质量提供了有效的途径。

To achieve the better effect of sergeant teaching of radar equipment, this article analyzes the current situation of radar equipment teaching, and discusses the functions of drawing the video feedback into the teaching in terms of combining the sergeant cadets’reality, and comes up with the specific steps for video feedback to the radar equipment teaching. In fact, this proposed method enhances the dominant role of the cadets, thus providing an effective way for guaranteeing the teaching quality of radar equipment.
