目的：通过对念珠菌性口炎的病因、治疗及愈后进行相关性分析，以便进行有效的预防。方法选取我院2007年9月～2014年9月收治的念珠菌口炎患儿115例作为研究对象，对其发病年龄和实验室真菌检查进行分析。结果发现3个月以内及1岁以上患儿发病数较多，病程1个月以上28例（53.03%），且多是外源性传染，经过综合治疗，均治愈。结论对于念珠菌口炎的防治，须早期切断传播途径并进行药物干预的综合措施减少发病率。
목적：통과대념주균성구염적병인、치료급유후진행상관성분석，이편진행유효적예방。방법선취아원2007년9월～2014년9월수치적념주균구염환인115례작위연구대상，대기발병년령화실험실진균검사진행분석。결과발현3개월이내급1세이상환인발병수교다，병정1개월이상28례（53.03%），차다시외원성전염，경과종합치료，균치유。결론대우념주균구염적방치，수조기절단전파도경병진행약물간예적종합조시감소발병솔。
Objective Based on candida stomatitis etiology, treatment and prognostic relevance analysis, so as to effectively prevent.methods Selected from September 2007 to September 2014 were candida stomatitis, 115 cases of children as the research object, fungi of the onset age and laboratory examination were analyzed.Results Found within 3 months and 1 year old children with the onset of the number is more, the course more than January 28 cases (53.03%), and much is exogenous infection, through comprehensive treatment, all cured.Conclusion Early prevention and control for candida stomatitis should cut off the route of transmission and comprehensive measures to reduce the incidence of drug intervention.
