目的：观察下肢深静脉血栓患者下腔滤器置入的术后效果。方法38例下肢深静脉血栓患者，均给予下腔静脉滤器置入术治疗，术后对下肢深静脉血栓患者进行抗凝、溶栓治疗。观察治疗效果。结果本组38患者均全部成功置入下腔静脉滤器，治疗总有效率高达100.0%。治疗后，所有患者膝上15 cm及膝下15 cm健、患肢周径差与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢深静脉血栓患者使用下腔滤器置入术联合抗凝、溶栓治疗，可有效提高治疗效果，值得在临床上推广。
목적：관찰하지심정맥혈전환자하강려기치입적술후효과。방법38례하지심정맥혈전환자，균급여하강정맥려기치입술치료，술후대하지심정맥혈전환자진행항응、용전치료。관찰치료효과。결과본조38환자균전부성공치입하강정맥려기，치료총유효솔고체100.0%。치료후，소유환자슬상15 cm급슬하15 cm건、환지주경차여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론하지심정맥혈전환자사용하강려기치입술연합항응、용전치료，가유효제고치료효과，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective To observe postoperative effect by inferior vena filter implantation in lower limb deep venous thrombosis patients. Methods A total of 38 lower limb deep venous thrombosis patients all received inferior vena filter implantation for treatment. Anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapies were applied after surgery. Their curative effects were observed. Results All 38 patients received successful inferior vena filter implantation, with the total effective rate as 100.0%. After treatment, patients had statistically significant differences of 15 cm tendon above and beneath knee, and cross-section diameter difference in affected limb with those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of inferior vena filter implantation combined with anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapies can effectively improve curative effect for lower limb deep venous thrombosis patients. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
