目的：探讨护理干预在流浪精神疾病患者睡眠障碍中的应用效果。方法2014年6月~2015年1月，对50例流浪救治精神疾病男性患者的睡眠质量进行干预，包括病区环境管理，医患、护患间的沟通，用药指导及睡眠的小技巧等心理干预。30 d后，干预前后应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评估患者的睡眠质量。结果干预后，患者的PSQI总分及各项(睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药物使用和日间功能障碍)评分均下降，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预能改善流浪精神病患者的睡眠状况。

목적：탐토호리간예재류랑정신질병환자수면장애중적응용효과。방법2014년6월~2015년1월，대50례류랑구치정신질병남성환자적수면질량진행간예，포괄병구배경관리，의환、호환간적구통，용약지도급수면적소기교등심리간예。30 d후，간예전후응용필자보수면질량지수표(PSQI)평고환자적수면질량。결과간예후，환자적PSQI총분급각항(수면질량、입수시간、수면시간、수면효솔、수면장애、안면약물사용화일간공능장애)평분균하강，여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론호리간예능개선류랑정신병환자적수면상황。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in sleep disorder of homeless patients with mental illness. Methods From June 2014 to January 2015,intervention was performed on the sleep quality in 50 homeless male patients with mental illness in need of rescue and treatment,including the management of ward environ-ment,communications between doctor and patient,and between nurse and patient,guidance of drug use,tips for sleep and other nursing intervention.After 30 days,Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was applied in patients for evaluating sleep quality of patients before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the total score of PSQI and score of each item (sleep quality,time of falling asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,usage of hypnotics and daytime dysfunction) were decreased,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.01) compared with before intervention. Con-clusion Nursing intervention is able to improve the sleep condition of homeless patients with mental illness.
