以某型一系簧出发,试验了不同下料质量、机台压力、各层橡胶进胶速率对产品粘接强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着下料质量的增加,橡胶的交联程度及致密度增大,导致产品的粘接强度增大;机台压力增大亦会增大产品的粘接强度,但效果不明显;各层橡胶进胶速率的不同,对粘接强度影响不明显,但是能够明显改善产品的粘接外观,对解决产品因气泡或由窝气引起的粘合不牢有显著效果。
以某型一繫簧齣髮,試驗瞭不同下料質量、機檯壓力、各層橡膠進膠速率對產品粘接彊度的影響。試驗結果錶明:隨著下料質量的增加,橡膠的交聯程度及緻密度增大,導緻產品的粘接彊度增大;機檯壓力增大亦會增大產品的粘接彊度,但效果不明顯;各層橡膠進膠速率的不同,對粘接彊度影響不明顯,但是能夠明顯改善產品的粘接外觀,對解決產品因氣泡或由窩氣引起的粘閤不牢有顯著效果。
이모형일계황출발,시험료불동하료질량、궤태압력、각층상효진효속솔대산품점접강도적영향。시험결과표명:수착하료질량적증가,상효적교련정도급치밀도증대,도치산품적점접강도증대;궤태압력증대역회증대산품적점접강도,단효과불명현;각층상효진효속솔적불동,대점접강도영향불명현,단시능구명현개선산품적점접외관,대해결산품인기포혹유와기인기적점합불뢰유현저효과。
Based on a primary spring product, the influence of feeding weight, curing pressure and rubber feeding rate of each layer on the bonding strength of the product were studied. The result showed that the degree of crosslinking, the density of the rubber and the bonding strength increased with the increasing of feeding weight. The bonding strength of the product increased slightly with the increasing of curing pressure. The bonding appearance and the adhesion failure caused by air bubble and air pocket can be improved signiifcantly with different feeding rate of each layer which has no obviously effect on the bonding strength.
