通过富集培养,从被原油污染的土壤中筛选出一株嗜碱原油降解细菌 ODB04,对其进行鉴定及降解能力的研究。结果表明:该菌属肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae ),其最佳生长条件为 NaCl 浓度1%~2%、温度35℃、pH 值8.0~9.0;在该条件下,200 r·min-1摇床振荡培养7 d,细菌 ODB04对原油的降解率为40%;在添加0.05%(体积分数)的非离子表面活性剂 Tween 80的情况下,其原油降解率高达56%,而0.05%(体积分数)非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100对细菌 ODB04的原油降解率影响不大。该菌对生物修复原油污染土壤具有一定的意义。

A basophilic crude oil-degrading bacterium ODB04 was screened from crude oil-contaminated soil by enrichment cultivation.The strain ODB04 was identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae and its degradation capa-bility was evaluated.The optimal growth conditions for strain ODB04 were as follows:NaCl concentration 1%~2%,temperature 35 ℃ and pH value 8.0~9.0.The degradation rate of crude oil was 40% after incubation at 200 r·min-1 for 7 d under the optimal growth conditions and 56% with addition of 0.05%(volume fraction) non-ionic surfactant Tween 80.However,addition of 0.05%(volume fraction)non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 had little effect on degradation rate.This bacterium is meaningful in bioremediation of crude oil-contaminated environment.
