[目的]探讨阶段性情景模拟考核与 Mini CEX在妇产科护理实践教学中的应用效果。[方法]选择在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科实习的81名护理本科生为研究对象并随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组在传统教学方法基础上结合阶段性情景模拟考核与 Mini CEX。实践教学结束后,两组护生统一进行理论及临床综合技能考核,并应用自制问卷调查满意度情况。[结果]试验组护生的理论考核得分、临床综合技能考核得分及所在科室护士、病人及带教教师满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]阶段性情景模拟考核与Mini CEX相结合的教学模式具有教学及考量的双重作用,能有效激发护生的学习主动性,提高护生的专业能力及综合素质。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX in nursing practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 81 nursing undergraduates in the de-partment of obstetrics and gynecology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research obj ects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in control group used the traditional teaching method.On the basis of the traditional teaching method,the patients in ex-perimental group received the combination of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX.After the practice teaching,both groups of nursing students received the theory and clinical comprehensive skills assessment.The satisfaction survey was carried out by using the self made questionnaire.Results:In experimental group the theory examination score,clinical comprehensive skills assessment score and satisfaction of nurses,patients and teachers were higher than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode of the combination of staged simulated examination and Mini CEX has the dual function of teaching and examining.It can effectively stimulate the students’learning initiative and can improve the profes-sional ability and comprehensive quality of nursing students.
