根据发射场实际加注系统结构及实测任务加注数据,采用 Flow-master 软件建立常温加注系统氧化剂由一级库房回流转为二级介质上塔过程的瞬态计算模型。利用所建模型,仿真分析加注级间转换过程中的瞬变过程及其影响因素。结果表明,在级间转换过程中,通过适当降低泵的转速,减小泵后电调阀及分流电调阀开度,改变各球阀的动作情况及抑制塔上介质回流均能达到降低管路中瞬时压强峰值的效果,从而削弱水锤强度,减少其对加注系统的损伤与破坏。

A transient simulation model of normal temperature oxidizer fueling system is estab-lished with Flowmaster software,according to fueling system structure and measured data.The process that the warehouse circulating of rocket’s changing from 1st stage tank fueling period to the tower climbing of rocket’s 2nd stage tank fueling period is figured in this model.The transient process of fueling system during the transformation of stages and the factors influencing this process are analyzed,supported by this model.The result shows that,the instantaneous peak pressure in the pipeline can be reduced to weaken the intensity of water hammer and decrease relative damages and destruction to fueling system during the transformation of stages,by appropriately reducing rotational speed of pump,decreasing the opening ratio of electric regulating valve next to the pump and in the flow divider branch,changing the way that relative ball valves act or preventing backflow in the verti-cal pipe on the launch tower.
