[目的]探讨重症监护室(ICU)护士自我监控与主观幸福感的相关性。[方法]采用中文版自我监总体控量表、中国城市居民主观幸福感量表简本和单项目自陈主观幸福感量表对158名ICU护士进行调查。[结果]ICU护士自我监控总体的均分为(0.48±0.15)分，主观幸福感的均分为(3.82±0.42)分；自我监控总体与主观幸福感总体呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]ICU 护士主观幸福感各维度均处于中等水平，自我监控程度越高，主观幸福感越强。护理管理者可以通过采取适当的措施来提高 ICU 护士的自我监控水平，进而提高其主观幸福感。

[목적]탐토중증감호실(ICU)호사자아감공여주관행복감적상관성。[방법]채용중문판자아감총체공량표、중국성시거민주관행복감량표간본화단항목자진주관행복감량표대158명ICU호사진행조사。[결과]ICU호사자아감공총체적균분위(0.48±0.15)분，주관행복감적균분위(3.82±0.42)분；자아감공총체여주관행복감총체정정상관(P<0.01)。[결론]ICU 호사주관행복감각유도균처우중등수평，자아감공정도월고，주관행복감월강。호리관리자가이통과채취괄당적조시래제고 ICU 호사적자아감공수평，진이제고기주관행복감。
Objective:To probe into the correlation between self monitoring and subjective well being of ICU nurses.Methods:A total of 1 5 8 ICU nurses were surveyed by using the Chinese version of self monitoring scale,China's urban residents subj ective well being scale short form and single proj ect subj ective well being scale.Results:the average score of self monitoring was 0.48±0.15,the average score of subjective well being was 3.82±0.42;There was correlation between self monitoring generally and subjective well being(P<0.05). Conclusion:The self monitoring and subj ective well being were at medium level in ICU nurses.The higher the degree of self monitoring is,the stronger the subj ective well being is.Nursing managers can improve the self monitoring level of ICU nurses by taking the appropriate measures,in order to improve their subj ective well being.
