利用极化曲线、循环伏安曲线和电化学阻抗谱等电化学方法,对块体黄铜(Cu70Zn30)在蒸馏水、生理盐水和模拟宫腔液中的电化学腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:黄铜在蒸馏水中的耐蚀性最好,在生理盐水中的耐蚀性最差;在蒸馏水中,黄铜表面开始腐蚀时会形成氧化物薄膜而引起一定程度的钝化;在生理盐水中,黄铜腐蚀速率最大且出现了脱锌腐蚀;在模拟宫腔液中,黄铜的腐蚀速率小于生理盐水中的腐蚀速率,但脱锌腐蚀的敏感度增大。
利用極化麯線、循環伏安麯線和電化學阻抗譜等電化學方法,對塊體黃銅(Cu70Zn30)在蒸餾水、生理鹽水和模擬宮腔液中的電化學腐蝕行為進行瞭研究。結果錶明:黃銅在蒸餾水中的耐蝕性最好,在生理鹽水中的耐蝕性最差;在蒸餾水中,黃銅錶麵開始腐蝕時會形成氧化物薄膜而引起一定程度的鈍化;在生理鹽水中,黃銅腐蝕速率最大且齣現瞭脫鋅腐蝕;在模擬宮腔液中,黃銅的腐蝕速率小于生理鹽水中的腐蝕速率,但脫鋅腐蝕的敏感度增大。
이용겁화곡선、순배복안곡선화전화학조항보등전화학방법,대괴체황동(Cu70Zn30)재증류수、생리염수화모의궁강액중적전화학부식행위진행료연구。결과표명:황동재증류수중적내식성최호,재생리염수중적내식성최차;재증류수중,황동표면개시부식시회형성양화물박막이인기일정정도적둔화;재생리염수중,황동부식속솔최대차출현료탈자부식;재모의궁강액중,황동적부식속솔소우생리염수중적부식속솔,단탈자부식적민감도증대。
Electrochemical corrosion behaviors of brass(Cu70Zn30)in distilled water,normal saline and sim-ulated uterine solution were studied by polarization curves,cyclic voltammetry curves and electrochemical im-pedance spectra.Results showed that brass was the most prone to corrode in normal saline and the most difficult to corrode in distilled water.In distilled water,brass appeared passivation in a certain degree because of the for-mation of oxide film on the surface.In normal saline,the corrosion rate of brass was the largest and dezincifica-tion could be observed.In simulated uterine solution,the corrosion rate of brass was slower than in normal sa-line,but the sensitivity of dezincification of brass was increased.
