本文针对RC阻容模块对交流接触器的可靠性问题展开分析研究,重点从交流接触器的线圈波形、触头吸合波形、RC阻容模块的理论分析以及结合试验验证进行着手研究。通过对比分析发现在交流接触器线圈两端并联阻容模块后可有效消除线圈断开瞬间的冲击电压,同时加快主触头的分断,在减小拉弧的情况下能有效提高交流接触器电寿命。

This paper researches and analyzes the reliability of RC module in the AC contactor. It mainly analyzes theoretically from the perspectives of AC contactor coil waveform, contact pull waveform, and RC module combined with the experiments. Through comparative analysis, it found that paralleling RC module in both ends of the AC con-tactor coil can effectively eliminate the instantaneous impulse voltage after coli off, while accelerate the breaking of main contacts. In this way, it can effectively improve the electrical endurance of contacts in the case of reducing the arcing.
