通过研究压缩机用减振垫圈支撑能力,学会了利用有限元软件分析橡胶减振垫圈轴向压缩问题的方法,并把分析结果与试验结果对比,两者符合度高,分析结果可信,方法可用。这一分析方法不但可以解释量产中出现的相关问题,还可以应用到新减振垫圈的结构设计中。

Through the establishment of an axial compression model of rubber mount for air conditioner compressor with FEM, and the research of support ability of rubber mount, the study results show that the theoretical analysis is verified by experimental date of rubber mount under different pressure condition, and the analysis method is effective. This analysis method can not only explain how the problems occurred in production, but also provide guidance and ba-sis for new structural design of rubber mount.
