随着太空态势感知任务领域的不断拓展，太空态势感知成为各航天大国关注的焦点。针对太空态势感知前沿问题，基于以能力发展为核心的思想，将太空态势感知前沿问题归纳为4种能力问题，分别从探测/跟踪/识别能力、特征描述能力、威胁告警与评估能力、数据集成与利用能力4个方面，对每一种能力中的热点问题进行阐述，探讨了太空态势感知当前研究重点和未来发展方向，并提出了我国发展太空态势感知能力的初步思考。

With unceasingly expansion of mission area of space situational awareness,more and more space powers attach importance to space situational awareness.Based on the "ability develop-ment is the core" theory ,this paper concludes the frontier issues of space situational awareness to four abilities.The frontier issues in detection/track/identify,target characterization,threat warning and assessment,as well as data integration and exploitation are introduced in detail.The paper ex-plores into the current research hotspots and future developing directions and proposes the primary suggestions for China to develop its space situational awareness ability.
