本文通过研究燃气具火焰离子电流产生机理和影响特性,提出一种基于火焰离子电流检测技术的燃烧系统闭环控制方法,实现空燃比自动调节和燃烧状况的实时监控,从而提高燃烧效率和燃烧稳定性以及燃烧安全控制。

Through the research of production mechanism and influence characteristic of flame ionic current of gas appliance, this paper proposes a kind of combustion system closed-loop control method based on the test method of flame ionic current. It realizes the automatic adjustment of air-fuel ratio and the real time monitoring of combustion status, so as to improve the combustion efficiency, combustion stability, and combustion safety control.
