目的:观察甲状腺乳头状癌组织Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测120例份甲状腺乳头状癌及癌旁配对正常甲状腺组织中Bag-1与Bcl-2蛋白,并分析两种蛋白表达与甲状腺乳头状癌临床病理参数的关系。结果甲状腺乳头状癌及癌旁配对正常甲状腺组织中Bag-1表达的阳性率分别为72.5%、9.2%,Bcl-2表达的阳性率分别为81.7%、11.7%,两者比较,P均<0.05。不同肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移情况甲状腺乳头状癌肿瘤组织Bag-1、Bcl-2蛋白表达比较,P均<0.05。甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Bag-1与Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.797,P<0.01)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌Bag-1与Bcl-2蛋白高表达,且二者表达密切相关,与肿瘤发生发展有关。

목적:관찰갑상선유두상암조직Bag-1、Bcl-2단백적표체변화,병탐토기의의。방법채용면역조화SP법검측120례빈갑상선유두상암급암방배대정상갑상선조직중Bag-1여Bcl-2단백,병분석량충단백표체여갑상선유두상암림상병리삼수적관계。결과갑상선유두상암급암방배대정상갑상선조직중Bag-1표체적양성솔분별위72.5%、9.2%,Bcl-2표체적양성솔분별위81.7%、11.7%,량자비교,P균<0.05。불동종류직경、림파결전이정황갑상선유두상암종류조직Bag-1、Bcl-2단백표체비교,P균<0.05。갑상선유두상암조직중Bag-1여Bcl-2단백양성표체정정상관(r=0.797,P<0.01)。결론갑상선유두상암Bag-1여Bcl-2단백고표체,차이자표체밀절상관,여종류발생발전유관。
Objective To observe the expression changes of Bag-1 and Bcl-2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC) tissues and to investigate the significance.Methods The Bag-1 and Bcl-2 expression was analyzed by immunohistochem-istry in 120 cases of PTC tissues and paired adjacent normal thyroid tissues.The relationships between the expression of the two proteins and the clinicopathological parameters of PTC were analyzed.Results The Bag-1 positive expression rates in PTC tissues and paired adjacent normal thyroid tissues were 72.5% and 9.2%, and the Bcl-2 positive expression rates were 81.7%and 11.7%, respectively (all P<0.05).Furthermore, both Bag-1 and Bcl-2 protein positive expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and tumor size in PTC (all P<0.05).Bag-1 positive expression was positively correlated with the Bcl-2 positive expression (r=0.797, P<0.01).Conclusion In PTC tissues, the Bag-1 and Bcl-2 expression is high, and their expression is closely related, which plays an important role in the development of PTC.
