To effectively facilitate the warfighting-oriented equipment support training,enhance the all-around capability of equipment support and solve out problems existing in warfighting-oriented equipment support training in the PLA,the authors follow the formation of capability of equipment support,which are on the demands of potential information-based war,and put forward the counter-measures and suggestions for facilitating warfighting-oriented equipment support training in respects including philosophy,content,method and mechanism of training accordingly.
