实践教学是实战化教学的主要表现形式。为提高生长干部任职培训学员的岗位任职能力,在讨论该层次学员特点、第一任职岗位需求和实践教学作用的基础上,分析了实践教学需求,构建了以目标体系、内容体系、保障体系、评价体系为主要内容的生长干部任职培训实践教学体系,并根据实战化教学的新要求,给出了生长干部任职培训实践教学建议。
實踐教學是實戰化教學的主要錶現形式。為提高生長榦部任職培訓學員的崗位任職能力,在討論該層次學員特點、第一任職崗位需求和實踐教學作用的基礎上,分析瞭實踐教學需求,構建瞭以目標體繫、內容體繫、保障體繫、評價體繫為主要內容的生長榦部任職培訓實踐教學體繫,併根據實戰化教學的新要求,給齣瞭生長榦部任職培訓實踐教學建議。

The practice teaching is the primary manifestation mode of the actual combat-oriented education. To improve the post-holding ability of growing cadres’training cadets, this article analyzes the requirements for practice teaching, and constructs the training practice teaching system of growing cadres in service, in terms of the main contents of object, contents, support and assessment systems, based on discussing the cadets’features at this level, the demand of the first post-holding and the functions of practice teaching. It also gives the teaching sugges-tion for post-oriented practice of growing cadres, in accordance with the new demand of actual combat-oriented education.
