目的：探讨益气养阴膏方治疗糖尿病早期肾功能损害的效果。方法2013年10~12月，选取辨证属气阴两虚证的2型糖尿病患者32例，选择健康体检者40例作为对照组，以血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、血糖(Glu)、血钾(K+)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、微量白蛋白(mAlb)、转铁蛋白(TF)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)等为评价指标，研究益气养阴膏方对糖尿病早期肾功能损害的治疗效果。结果观察组的早期肾功能损害指标(尿α1-MG、mAlb、TF、IgG)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗前后的血BUN、血Cr、Glu、K+等指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而尿α1-MG、mAlb、TF、IgG等指标水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴膏方具有明显改善糖尿病患者早期肾功能损害的作用，在预防和治疗糖尿病早期肾功能损害方面具有重要价值，值得应用。

목적：탐토익기양음고방치료당뇨병조기신공능손해적효과。방법2013년10~12월，선취변증속기음량허증적2형당뇨병환자32례，선택건강체검자40례작위대조조，이혈뇨소담(BUN)、혈기항(Cr)、혈당(Glu)、혈갑(K+)、뇨α1-미구단백(α1-MG)、미량백단백(mAlb)、전철단백(TF)、면역구단백G(IgG)등위평개지표，연구익기양음고방대당뇨병조기신공능손해적치료효과。결과관찰조적조기신공능손해지표(뇨α1-MG、mAlb、TF、IgG)수평명현고우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조치료전후적혈BUN、혈Cr、Glu、K+등지표수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，이뇨α1-MG、mAlb、TF、IgG등지표수평차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론익기양음고방구유명현개선당뇨병환자조기신공능손해적작용，재예방화치료당뇨병조기신공능손해방면구유중요개치，치득응용。
Objective To explore the effect of Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Cream Prescription treating impairment of renal function at early stage of diabetes. Methods From October to December 2013,32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus differentiated as dual deficiency of qi and yin pattern were selected,and 40 healthy persons after physical ex-amination were selected as control group.Indexes of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Cr),glucose (Glu),serum potassium (K+), urine α1- microglobulin (α1-MG),microalbumin (mAlb),transferrin (TF),and immune globulin (IgG) were selected as evaluation index.The therapeutic effect of Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Cream Prescription treating im-pairment of renal function at early stage of diabetes. Results In observation group,index level of impairment of renal function at early stage (urine α1-MG,mAlb,TF and IgG) was obviously higher than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in BUN,Cr,Glu or K+before and after treatment in observation group (P>0.05). However,index level of urineα1-MG, mAlb,TF and IgG displayed statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Qi-Boost-ing and Yin-Nourishing Cream Prescription can remarkably improve impairment of renal function at early stage in dia-betic patients and in the prevention and treatment of impairment of renal function at early stage of diabetes,it has an important value,which is worthy of application.
