目的：探讨三黄解毒通络汤治疗湿热困脾型2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2014年12月本院收治的湿热困脾型2型糖尿病患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例。对照组给予合理饮食、适当运动、加强糖尿病教育并予二甲双胍片口服，治疗组对照组基础上给予三黄解毒通络汤，疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后的体重指数、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)。结果治疗后，两组的体重指数、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、TC、TG及中医证候积分均较治疗前改善，治疗组的改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄解毒通络汤治疗湿热困脾型2型糖尿病有显著效果。
목적：탐토삼황해독통락탕치료습열곤비형2형당뇨병적림상효과。방법회고성분석2012년1월~2014년12월본원수치적습열곤비형2형당뇨병환자80례，수궤분위량조，각40례。대조조급여합리음식、괄당운동、가강당뇨병교육병여이갑쌍고편구복，치료조대조조기출상급여삼황해독통락탕，료정균위12주。관찰량조치료전후적체중지수、혈당、이도소저항지수、총담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)。결과치료후，량조적체중지수、혈당、이도소저항지수、TC、TG급중의증후적분균교치료전개선，치료조적개선정황우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론삼황해독통락탕치료습열곤비형2형당뇨병유현저효과。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanhuangjiedutongluo Decoction treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with dampness heat and dampness. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dampness heat and damp-ness treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 40 cases in each group.Control group was given reasonable diet,proper exercise, enhancing diabetes education and metformin tablets for oral administration.On the basis of control group,treatment group was given Sanhuangjiedutongluo Decoction,course of treatment was 12 weeks.Body mass index,blood glucose,in-sulin resistance index,TC and TG were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,body mass index, blood glucose,insulin resistance index,TC,TG and traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral were improved com-pared with before treatment, and improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Sanhuangjiedutongluo Decoction has significantly effect treating type 2 dia-betes mellitus with dampness heat and dampness.
