针对基层部队网上个人练习与单位组织网上考核的网上练习与模拟考试系统，阐述了空军军事职业教育网上练习与模拟考试系统的设计和实现。在分析该系统需求的基础上，进行了系统架构、数据库和功能等设计，实现了基于B/S模式的网络考试模拟与练习功能，包括题库管理、考试管理、成绩管理、实战练习及模拟考试等。针对在线练习系统的并发性及故障恢复需求，提出了功能优化方案，提升了网上练习与考试的整体性能。

Considering that the online exercise and simulation test system is a software platform for the prima-ry unit’s personal online exercise and online test organized by the unit, this article explains the design of online ex-ercise and simulation test system for Air Force military professional education and its implementation. Based on analyzing the system’s demand, it also gives the design of system’s architecture, database, functions and etc., im-plements the functions of online exercises and test based on B/S mode, including the management of database, ex-ams, grades, and practical exercise and simulation test. And finally it presents the function optimized scheme in terms of the concurrency of the online exercise system and the demand of failure recovery, which enhances the overall performance of the online exercise and test.
