当前中国社会正处于转型阶段，各种群体利益不断分化和调整，诸多政策法规还处于磨合期和探索期，一系列的原因导致我国群体性突发事件处于频发状态。从社会法角度出发，对群体性突发事件发生的原因和对策进行了思考。社会法是以群体性的社会成员为主体，以社会成员帮扶权的实现为基础进而解决狭义社会领域问题的部门法。通过对社会法的制定、完善，从根本上对狭义社会领域的制度建设进行加强，健全狭义社会控制机制，畅通社会成员利益诉求机制，强化政府权力约束机制，对解决突发群体性事件具有特别的意义。。

The current Chinese society is in a transition phase, and various group interests are in an increasing division and adjustment. Many policies and regulations are still in the period of the exploration phase. A series of reasons lead to frequent occurrence of mass incidents in our country. This article mainly explores the cause and the solution mechanism of mass incidents from the aspect of social law. Social law, with massive members of society as the main body, is a department law on the basis of the realization of the right of social members and solves the problem of narrow social field. Through the establishment and perfecting of social law, we could strengthen system construction in the field of narrow social fundamentally, improve the special mechanism of social control, smooth social members’interests’mechanism, constraint mechanism, and strengthen the power of the government to deal with sudden mass incidents. This has a special meaning.
