随着电子组件日益小型化和贴片组件日益密集化,设计成本与可控性问题逐渐突出。为了更好的实现可控性,降低设计的重复性及设计成本,本文主要研究一种具备小型化、模块化的智能控制器,以提高系统的定制化,缩短控制器的开发周期,提高生产效率以及降低生产成本。
隨著電子組件日益小型化和貼片組件日益密集化,設計成本與可控性問題逐漸突齣。為瞭更好的實現可控性,降低設計的重複性及設計成本,本文主要研究一種具備小型化、模塊化的智能控製器,以提高繫統的定製化,縮短控製器的開髮週期,提高生產效率以及降低生產成本。

With the miniaturization of electronic components and the densification of SMT components, the design cost and the controllability problem become more serious. In order to better implement the controllability, and decrease the repetitive design and lower the design cost, this paper researches a kind of intelligent controller with miniaturiza-tion and modularization, so as to improve the customization of system, shorten the development period of controller, enhance the productivity, and lower the production cost.
