目的:探讨达比加群酯治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年10月在我院诊治的112例缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,每组56例。对照组服用华法林治疗,治疗组服用达比加群酯治疗,两组同时给予尿激酶静脉滴注,均治疗4周。于治疗前后采用Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)和神经功能缺损量表(SSS)评定两组患者的意识水平和神经功能缺损程度等临床特征,同时检测两组的血脂水平。结果治疗后,两组的GCS与SSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的GCS、SSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清TG、TC值差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05),治疗后两组均有所下降,治疗组下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达比加群酯治疗缺血性脑卒中可促进血脂代谢正常化,改善临床症状,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토체비가군지치료결혈성뇌졸중적림상효과。방법선취2013년1월~2014년10월재아원진치적112례결혈성뇌졸중환자,안조수궤추첨원칙분위치료조여대조조,매조56례。대조조복용화법림치료,치료조복용체비가군지치료,량조동시급여뇨격매정맥적주,균치료4주。우치료전후채용Glasgow혼미량표(GCS)화신경공능결손량표(SSS)평정량조환자적의식수평화신경공능결손정도등림상특정,동시검측량조적혈지수평。결과치료후,량조적GCS여SSS평분균현저저우치료전(P<0.05),차치료조치료후적GCS、SSS평분저우대조조(P<0.05)。치료전,량조적혈청TG、TC치차이무통계학의의(P약0.05),치료후량조균유소하강,치료조하강폭도고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론체비가군지치료결혈성뇌졸중가촉진혈지대사정상화,개선림상증상,치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dabigatran in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods 112 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis dmitted into our hospital from From January 2013 to October 2014 were selected,and they were equally divided into treatment group and the control group based on the principle of a random draw.The control group was taken warfarin therapy,treatment group was given dabigatran treatment.At the same time,two groups were given intravenous drip of urokinase and were treated for 4 weeks.Glasgow coma scale(GCS) and neurological function defect scale(SSS) was used to evaluate the level of consciousness and the degree of neurologi-cal impairment in two groups.Blood lipid levels in two groups was detected. Results After treatment,the GCS and SSS scores in two groups was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),while the GCS and SSS scores in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum TG and TC values between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,two groups were decreased,the serum TG and TC values in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dabiga-tran in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis can promote the normalization of lipid metabolism and improve the clinical symptoms,it is worth popularization and application.
