目的：探讨阴式剖宫产子宫切口憩室(PCSD)切除术的临床疗效。方法选择2009年3月~2013年10月在我院治疗剖宫产后子宫切口憩室的患者共90例，随机分为开腹手术治疗组(A组)、宫腹腔镜联合手术组(B组)及阴式手术组(C组)，各30例。比较3组手术时间，术中出血量，术后住院天数、住院治疗费用等指标。随访术后并发症发生情况。结果 C组手术时间、术后住院天数短于A、B组，术中出血量及住院治疗费用少于A、B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后各组患者并发症比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴式手术治疗PCSD具有手术时间短、费用低、恢复快及并发症少等优点，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토음식부궁산자궁절구게실(PCSD)절제술적림상료효。방법선택2009년3월~2013년10월재아원치료부궁산후자궁절구게실적환자공90례，수궤분위개복수술치료조(A조)、궁복강경연합수술조(B조)급음식수술조(C조)，각30례。비교3조수술시간，술중출혈량，술후주원천수、주원치료비용등지표。수방술후병발증발생정황。결과 C조수술시간、술후주원천수단우A、B조，술중출혈량급주원치료비용소우A、B조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；술후각조환자병발증비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론음식수술치료PCSD구유수술시간단、비용저、회복쾌급병발증소등우점，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transvaginal cesarean uterine incision diverticulum resec-tion (PCSD). Methods 90 patients with uterine incision diverticulum in our hospital from March 2009 to October 2013 were analyzed retrospectively,and were randomly allocated to treatment group: laparotomy operation (group A),hys-teroscopy and laparoscopy operation group (group B),vaginal operation group (group C),with 30 cases in each group.The remission rate,relapse rate,pregnancy rate and adverse reaction among three groups was compared respectively. Results The case of group C compared with the other two groups were lower in the operation time,bleeding volume,cost of hos-pitalization, treatment days,with statistical difference (P<0.05).After operation,all patients were without complications, with no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal operation for the treatment of PCSD with low cost,short operation time,rapid recovery and few complications,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
