针对武器装备未来的创新发展，分析了武器装备发展协同创新运行机制概念和结构，针对武器装备发展协同创新主体的多样性、信息交换的频繁性、组织过程的复杂性等特点，着重探讨了武器装备发展协同创新的协调沟通机制、伙伴选择机制和过程管理机制，以期为协同创新目标实现和装备技术不断进步提供机制保证。

Aiming at the innovative development,the authors analyzed the concept and structure of the collaborative and innovative operating mechanism for equipment development.Aiming at char-acteristics of weapon equipment development including the diversity of innovation subjects,frequency of information exchange and complexity of organizational processes,the authors primarily discussed the coordination and communication mechanism of collaborative innovation,partner selection mecha-nism and process management mechanism to provide mechanism guarantee for achievement of objec-tives of collaborative innovation and sustainable progress of equipment technology.
