本文针对空调器继电器触点烧毁失效问题,从继电器触点材料、尺寸以及结构出发分析,结合继电器的工作原理,着手研究继电器失效的原因,通过对比分析发现继电器触点镀层厚度尺寸以及继电器的触点回跳次数对继电器寿命有重大影响,同时回跳产生的噪声干扰对电路的可靠性产生影响。通过控制继电器的触点尺寸以及降低触点回跳次数能有效提高继电器的使用寿命。
本文針對空調器繼電器觸點燒燬失效問題,從繼電器觸點材料、呎吋以及結構齣髮分析,結閤繼電器的工作原理,著手研究繼電器失效的原因,通過對比分析髮現繼電器觸點鍍層厚度呎吋以及繼電器的觸點迴跳次數對繼電器壽命有重大影響,同時迴跳產生的譟聲榦擾對電路的可靠性產生影響。通過控製繼電器的觸點呎吋以及降低觸點迴跳次數能有效提高繼電器的使用壽命。

In this paper, the burn-out failure of contact of relay used in air-conditioner has been discussed. By ana-lyzing the material, size and construction of contact of relay, and considering the operating principle of relay, the failure causes have been investigated. It has been found that the thickness of contact plating and times of bounce have significant influences on the life of relay. In addition, the noise interference caused by bounce has an effect on the reli-ability of circuits. By means of controlling the size of contact and decreasing times of bounce can effectively improve the life of relay.
