This paper analyzes the selection and design of power line in the household appliances. Besides, taking the selection of power line in the design of household air conditioner as the example, it introduces how to select the wire diameter, wire rod, and wire length of power line reasonably. It can effectively ensure higher safety performance and lower design cost. And it provides reference for the personnel in the air-conditioning industry.
