检测数据的不确定度评估是当前实验室必须努力完善的基础工作,采用磷钼黄分光光度法测定了钨精矿中磷含量的不确定度进行分析评定,分析了测量样本中不确定度的主要来源,对检测过程中的样品称重、试液体积、标准溶液、曲线拟合、重复测量、分析仪器各环节的不确定度分量进行了计算,最终给出钨精矿中磷含量的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度,得出了磷钼黄分光光度法测定钨精矿中磷量的测量不确定度的结果。研究表明:所测试钨精矿样品中磷含量的检测结果为0.075%,扩展不确定度为0.002%(包含因子k=2),为实验室质量控制提供参考依据。

The measurement uncertainty for the determination of phosphorus content in tungsten concentrates by phosphorus molybdenum yellow ectrophotometry was analyzed and evaluated. The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed and determined, such as sample weighing, constant volume, standard solution, linear fitting, test repeatability and analytical instrument. The uncertainty components of the measurement results were calculated by determining the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. It was concluded that the uncertainty was most influenced by test repeatability. The measurement results of phosphorus content in tungsten concentrates was 0.075%, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.002%, with the coverage factor k=2.
