“邻里同质、社区混合”被认为是解决我国居住分异问题的有效措施，适宜的“同质邻里”规模是混合居住模式发挥作用的关键因素之一。在对以往研究结论进行总结的基础上，结合当前城市住房高层化发展的现状，对混合居住模式下“同质邻里”的合理规模进行了进一步的研究，并对相应的住区规划结构提出了建议。
“鄰裏同質、社區混閤”被認為是解決我國居住分異問題的有效措施，適宜的“同質鄰裏”規模是混閤居住模式髮揮作用的關鍵因素之一。在對以往研究結論進行總結的基礎上，結閤噹前城市住房高層化髮展的現狀，對混閤居住模式下“同質鄰裏”的閤理規模進行瞭進一步的研究，併對相應的住區規劃結構提齣瞭建議。

Keep neighborhood homogeneous while make community mixed is considered to be effective measures to solve the problem of residential differentiation in our country. A reasonable size of the homogeneous neighborhoods is one of the key factors that play a role in the mix housing mode. on the basis of the previous research, combined with the curent status of development of the urban housing upwards. Make the further research for the reasonable size of the homogeneous neighborhoods under the mix housing mode, and put forward the proposal to the planning structure.
