通过分析稀土产业逆向物流的特点,总结稀土产业逆向物流资源在国内的分布状况,探寻其逆向物流网络的组建方案,再依据稀土回收再利用的流程,提出逆向物流网络实现的功能,重点从稀土逆向物流设施设备的选择和逆向物流层级设计2个方面构建逆向物流网络体系,降低因放射性等因素对自然环境的污染和损害,同时做好最优化利用稀土资源,借此加快稀土产业逆向物流的发展,维护稀土资源的持续利用。
通過分析稀土產業逆嚮物流的特點,總結稀土產業逆嚮物流資源在國內的分佈狀況,探尋其逆嚮物流網絡的組建方案,再依據稀土迴收再利用的流程,提齣逆嚮物流網絡實現的功能,重點從稀土逆嚮物流設施設備的選擇和逆嚮物流層級設計2箇方麵構建逆嚮物流網絡體繫,降低因放射性等因素對自然環境的汙染和損害,同時做好最優化利用稀土資源,藉此加快稀土產業逆嚮物流的髮展,維護稀土資源的持續利用。

By analyzing the features of the reverse logistics in rare earth industry, summarizing the distribution of the resources in China and exploring the scheme of reverse logistics network, the function of establishing the reverse logistics network was put forward according to the recycling procedures of rare earth. The key point was to construct the network system from two aspects-the selection of the rare earth reverse logistics equipment and the design of the reverse logistics level and reduce the pollution and damage to the natural environment caused by radiation and so on. At the same time, optimum use of rare earth resource should be made to accelerate the development of reverse logistics in rare earth industry and maintain the sustainable utilization of rare earth.
