疲劳断裂是钻机中连接螺栓的主要失效形式。结合工程实际,建立基于线性疲劳累积损伤理论的高强度螺栓安全寿命估算方法,绘制螺栓零件的S-N曲线,并利用修正Miner准则估算螺栓的疲劳寿命。借助有限元平台以及疲劳仿真软件nSoft的FE-Fatigue模块,对连接螺栓进行疲劳强度仿真试验,确定了动应力下连接螺栓的疲劳损伤位置,并得到仿真疲劳寿命,验证了理论计算疲劳寿命的合理性。对高强度螺栓的疲劳设计、校核以及寿命估算有一定的借鉴意义。
疲勞斷裂是鑽機中連接螺栓的主要失效形式。結閤工程實際,建立基于線性疲勞纍積損傷理論的高彊度螺栓安全壽命估算方法,繪製螺栓零件的S-N麯線,併利用脩正Miner準則估算螺栓的疲勞壽命。藉助有限元平檯以及疲勞倣真軟件nSoft的FE-Fatigue模塊,對連接螺栓進行疲勞彊度倣真試驗,確定瞭動應力下連接螺栓的疲勞損傷位置,併得到倣真疲勞壽命,驗證瞭理論計算疲勞壽命的閤理性。對高彊度螺栓的疲勞設計、校覈以及壽命估算有一定的藉鑒意義。

Fatigue fracture is the main failure form of support and connection bolts in drilling rig. A safety life estimation method of high strength bolts is established based on linear fatigue cumulative damage theory after considering engineering situation. The S-N curve of the bolt is drawn and fatigue life is estimated by correction Miner law. Simulation fatigue test is carried out via finite element platform and the FE-Fatigue module of nSoft. The fatigue position is located and fatigue life is calculated and it proves the theoretical fatigue life to be reasonable. The conclusion of this article may benefit to fatigue designing, checking or estimating on high strength bolts.
