疲劳断裂是钻机中连接螺栓的主要失效形式。结合工程实际，建立基于线性疲劳累积损伤理论的高强度螺栓安全寿命估算方法，绘制螺栓零件的S-N曲线，并利用修正Miner准则估算螺栓的疲劳寿命。借助有限元平台以及疲劳仿真软件nSoft的FE-Fatigue模块，对连接螺栓进行疲劳强度仿真试验，确定了动应力下连接螺栓的疲劳损伤位置，并得到仿真疲劳寿命，验证了理论计算疲劳寿命的合理性。对高强度螺栓的疲劳设计、校核以及寿命估算有一定的借鉴意义。

Fatigue fracture is the main failure form of support and connection bolts in drilling rig. A safety life estimation method of high strength bolts is established based on linear fatigue cumulative damage theory after considering engineering situation. The S-N curve of the bolt is drawn and fatigue life is estimated by correction Miner law. Simulation fatigue test is carried out via finite element platform and the FE-Fatigue module of nSoft. The fatigue position is located and fatigue life is calculated and it proves the theoretical fatigue life to be reasonable. The conclusion of this article may benefit to fatigue designing, checking or estimating on high strength bolts.
