为了提高综合生产效率,减少资源浪费,高密度培养技术已成为目前发酵工程领域研究的热点问题之一,高密度培养技术能显著提高菌体浓度和产品产量,缩短生产周期、缩小反应器体积、减少设备投资,它已应用于几乎所有微生物的培养过程,使得发酵行业有了巨大的进步与发展,在节约资源和环境保护方面也作出了巨大贡献。首先简单介绍了高密度培养技术的研究概况,综述了微生物高密度培养的限制性因素,分析了其优化策略,概括了高密度培养的方式及应用举例,同时对目前微生物高密度培养技术进行了展望。

In order to improve the comprehensive productivity and reduce the waste of resource,high cell density cultivation (HCDC) has been one of current hot issues in research of fermentation engineering .It can improve microbial biomass and product production substantially ,and also shorten the production cycle ,as well as reduce reactor volume and equipment investment.HCDC has been used in the cultivation process of almost all the microorganisms to benefit for the development of the fermentation industry and made great contribution to the aspect of resource conservation and environmental protection as well .An overview of HCDC of microorganisms was made to analyze its limitations and possible optimization strategies .Ways of HCDC and some applied examples were introduced to forecast the prospect of HCDC technology .
