本文对山地城镇旧城区改造规划的开发强度、山水格局、城市文化等关键问题进行分析，以彭水县旧城江东片区为例，提出从经济可行性角度，确定旧城改造容量分区；从山水特征角度，确定旧城的整体格局；从城市文脉角度，构建城市空间结构，以期为山地城镇旧城区改造规划提供借鉴与参考。
本文對山地城鎮舊城區改造規劃的開髮彊度、山水格跼、城市文化等關鍵問題進行分析，以彭水縣舊城江東片區為例，提齣從經濟可行性角度，確定舊城改造容量分區；從山水特徵角度，確定舊城的整體格跼；從城市文脈角度，構建城市空間結構，以期為山地城鎮舊城區改造規劃提供藉鑒與參攷。
본문대산지성진구성구개조규화적개발강도、산수격국、성시문화등관건문제진행분석，이팽수현구성강동편구위례，제출종경제가행성각도，학정구성개조용량분구；종산수특정각도，학정구성적정체격국；종성시문맥각도，구건성시공간결구，이기위산지성진구성구개조규화제공차감여삼고。
The paper analyzes the key issues about planning of old city reconstruction in mountainous region towns,such as the intensity of land development,the natural scenery pattern and urban culture. And then, taking Jiangdong district in Pengshui county’s old city as an example, suggests that to analysis of economic viability, determines the intensity of land in partition; to studies of landscape features, structures integral patern of old city; and to research the urban culture, establishes urban spatial structure, in order to ofer reference for old city reconstruction planning in mountainous region towns.
