针对某矿山全尾砂胶结充填料浆管道输送技术的实际问题，为实现高浓度全尾砂充填料浆的自流稳定输送，应用国际最先进高精度R/S+SST软固体测试仪对其进行流变特性试验及管道输送损失研究，分析不同浓度和不同灰砂比充填料浆的流变参数和在一定流量、管径输送时的单位沿程阻力，为全尾砂充填输送性能研究提供理论基础。
針對某礦山全尾砂膠結充填料漿管道輸送技術的實際問題，為實現高濃度全尾砂充填料漿的自流穩定輸送，應用國際最先進高精度R/S+SST軟固體測試儀對其進行流變特性試驗及管道輸送損失研究，分析不同濃度和不同灰砂比充填料漿的流變參數和在一定流量、管徑輸送時的單位沿程阻力，為全尾砂充填輸送性能研究提供理論基礎。

There are some problems with the technology of the full tailings slurry transportation. This paper made use of high-precision R/S+SST soft solids tester to investigate slurry rheological properties and pipeline transportation for realizing the stable gravity-transportation of the high-density slurry of the full tailings, and to analyze the filling slurry rheological parameters of different concentrations and cement-sand ratio and the unit frictional drag of a flux and pipeline diameter in pipeline transportation. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of transport properties of the whole tail sand slurry.
