采用静态增重法并结合扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射以及能量色散谱仪等分析手段,研究不同温度下镍基高温合金Ni10Cr5Al(wt%)的氧化性能。结果表明:在700~1100℃温度范围内,合金的氧化动力学服从抛物线规律,且存在2个不同的抛物线常数。氧化膜主要由NiO、NiAl2O4、Al2O3组成,并含有少量的Cr2O3,同时伴有内氧化现象发生。随着氧化温度的提高,合金氧化增重越明显,内氧化层也越厚。据此进一步分析了生成Al2O3氧化膜的三元系镍铬铝合金的氧化机理。

The effect of temperature on oxidation behavior of the Ni-base superalloy Ni10Cr5Al(wt%) in air was studied using the thermogravimetric analysis method. Microstructure of the sample surface after oxidation was determined by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results indicate that the oxidation kinetics between 700 and 1 100 ℃ obeys parabolic law, and there exist two different parabolic rate constants at different stages during oxidation. The oxide scales mainly consist of NiO, NiAl2O4, Al2O3 and small amount of Cr2O3. Internal oxidation has also been found. The mass gain is much greater and the thickness of the internal oxide is much thicker at elevated temperatures; and accordingly the oxidation mechanism of the Ni-Cr-Al alloy with the Al2O3 scale has been analyzed.
