噪声环境是火箭飞行过程中的主要激励源之一,会引起结构的强烈振动,并对安装的仪器设备的正常工作带来影响。目前火箭结构大量采用复合材料,其厚度薄、重量轻,在噪声环境激励下,不同位置处的随机振动存在很大差别,这给环境条件制定和试验考核带来了困难。根据飞行实测的局部位置随机振动结果,通过调整噪声外激励,预示了在实际飞行过程中复合材料舱段的振动环境,同时对噪声环境激励下不同位置处的随机振动特性开展了研究,为进行力学环境的精细化设计和仪器考核试验的真实模拟提供了参考。

Noise environment, which causes intense vibration of structures and influences the normal working of the mounted instruments, is one of the main excitations during the flight of rockets. Composite materials are widely used in rocket structures currently, which has thin-wall and light characters. Under the noise excitation, great differences of vibration are shown in different position, which takes difficulties in formulating environment requirements and tests. According to the random vibration results measured during flight, the actual vibration environment of the composite cabin is achieved by adjusting the outer noise excitation. The random vibration characters of different position are measured and studied in this paper, which gives references for the refinement design of mechanical environment and the real simulation of tests.
