含减振器的惯性测量组合呈现出典型的非线性特征。建立了含立方刚度非线性的二自由度集中参数系统作为惯组机械传递率测试模型。用龙格库塔法求解出二自由度渐软非线性系统对随机激励的响应。比较了不同形式激励下系统的传递特征。结果表明自由度之间的耦合导致单维激励和多维激励的结果存在可观的差别。设计了惯组模拟件的典型试验,验证了仿真计算的结果。如若使结果偏保守,在同等的激励量级下,应当采用多维随机试验。

Inertial measurement unit (IMU) with vibration absorber displays typical nonlinear character. The two degree of freedom system with cubic stiffness non-linearity is employed to obtain IMU machine transmissibility measurement model. The lumped parameter motion differential equation for the random vibration input is solved by Runge-Kutta method. The frequency response characteristic is compared for different types of excitation. It is shown that there is the considerable distinction for single-exciter and multi-exciter due to non-linear coupling effect. The typical test of IMU model pattern is induced to validate simulated program and conclusion. If a more conservative result is required, multi-exciter random vibration test is recommended on the condition of the same vibration level.
