针对硫酸浸出高砷碱式碳酸铜的工艺进行了实验研究.通过单因素实验,考察了搅拌速度、硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度、液固比对铜砷浸出率的影响.最佳反应条件确定为:转速400 r/min,硫酸浓度1 mol/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间2.5 h,液固比7∶1(指硫酸体积与物料质量之比,单位为mL/g,下同).在较佳浸出条件下,铜浸出率为91.50%,砷浸出率为74.15%.
針對硫痠浸齣高砷堿式碳痠銅的工藝進行瞭實驗研究.通過單因素實驗,攷察瞭攪拌速度、硫痠濃度、反應時間、反應溫度、液固比對銅砷浸齣率的影響.最佳反應條件確定為:轉速400 r/min,硫痠濃度1 mol/L,反應溫度60℃,反應時間2.5 h,液固比7∶1(指硫痠體積與物料質量之比,單位為mL/g,下同).在較佳浸齣條件下,銅浸齣率為91.50%,砷浸齣率為74.15%.

The process of sulfuric acid leaching of the high arsenic basic copper carbonate was experimentally researched. With the method of single factor experiment,the influences of stirring speed,sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching rate of copper and arsenic were investigated. The optimal conditions of sulfuric acid leaching are determined as following:stirring speed is 400 r/min ,sulfuric acid concentration1 is mol/L,reaction temperature is 50 ℃,reaction time is 2.5 h,and liquid-solid ratio is 7∶1. Under the better leaching conditions,copper leaching rate is 91.50%and arsenic leaching rate is 74.15%.
