河南省博爱县桂竹“两相思”新品种材质坚硬,有一定材用潜力。为探究“两相思”竹材力学性能,评价其材用价值,在竹竿高度1.3 m处截取试材并根据GB/T 15780-1995制作试件后,使用万能力学试验机进行测试。结果显示,两相思竹材的顺纹抗拉强度为(212.57±61.22)MPa,顺纹抗压强度为(69.19±13.01) MPa,顺纹抗剪强度为(13.76±2.62) MPa,抗弯强度为(155.42±31.18) MPa,抗弯弹性模量为(12.23±1.91) GPa。其抗拉、抗压、抗剪、抗弯性能与毛竹、大木竹、麻竹等相似,但明显优于杉木、马尾松等常用木材,是一种潜力巨大的优良板材原料。

A new cultivar Phyllostachys bambusoides f duihuazhu proves to have certain potentials in Bo’ai County, Henan due to its hardness. To explore its mechanical properties and evaluate its material value, samples are taken in height of 1.3 m on bamboo poles. According to GB/T 15780-15780, testing is carried out with the universal mechanical testing machinery. The test results show that the tensile strength parallel to grain of bamboo is 212.57±61.22 MPa, compressive strength parallel to grain of 69.19±13.01 MPa, the shear strength parallel to grain of 13.76±2.62 MPa, the bending strength parallel to grain of 155.42±31.18 MPa, bending modulus of elasticity of 12.23±1.91 GPa. Its tensile, compressive, flexural and shear properties are similar to those of several kinds of bamboo, such as P. edulis, Bambusa wenchouensis, P. violascens, but significantly better than those of Cunninghamia lanceolata, Pinus massoniana, and other commonly used timbers. It shows that it has huge potential as good raw materials for plates.
