目的:探讨急性脑血管病患者心电图(ECG)及心肌酶谱变化与其病情程度及预后的关系。方法动态观察2010年7月~2013年7月在我院治疗的226例急性脑血管病患者ECG及心肌酶谱,结合临床资料进行分析。结果本组中ECG异常者157例(69.5%),心肌酶谱异常者97例(42.9%)。 ECG及心肌酶谱异常出现率与急性脑血管病类型无关(P>0.05),基底节和脑干附近较脑叶部位发生率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ECG及心肌酶谱均异常死亡率高于正常者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑血管病患者的ECG及心肌酶谱出现异常与脑血管病的类型无关,与脑血管病发生的部位有密切的关系;ECG及心肌酶谱可反映患者的病情及预后,对判断病情程度及预后具有重要意义。

목적:탐토급성뇌혈관병환자심전도(ECG)급심기매보변화여기병정정도급예후적관계。방법동태관찰2010년7월~2013년7월재아원치료적226례급성뇌혈관병환자ECG급심기매보,결합림상자료진행분석。결과본조중ECG이상자157례(69.5%),심기매보이상자97례(42.9%)。 ECG급심기매보이상출현솔여급성뇌혈관병류형무관(P>0.05),기저절화뇌간부근교뇌협부위발생솔고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);ECG급심기매보균이상사망솔고우정상자,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론급성뇌혈관병환자적ECG급심기매보출현이상여뇌혈관병적류형무관,여뇌혈관병발생적부위유밀절적관계;ECG급심기매보가반영환자적병정급예후,대판단병정정도급예후구유중요의의。
Objective To discuss association of ECG and cardiac enzymes histological changes in acute cerebrovascular disease with severity and prognosis. Methods ECG and cardiac enzymes histological changes of 226 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease were detected and analyzed combined with clinical data. Results ECG abnormalities were 157 cases(69.5%), and cardiac enzymes histological abnormalities were 97 cases(42.9%).ECG and myocardial enzymes ab-normalities were unrelated to acute cerebrovascular disease type (P>0.05).ECG and myocardial enzymes abnormalities rates in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease near the basal ganglia and brainstem were higher than lobar (P<0.01);Mortality rate of both ECG and myocardial enzymes abnormal was higher than both of them normal (P<0.05). Conclusion Myocardial enzymes and ECG abnormalities are not related to the type of cerebrovascular disease,but have occurred in close relationship with the location of cerebrovascular disease.ECG and myocardial enzymes may reflect the patient’s condition and prognosis,with great significance for judging the severity and prognosis.
