研究了腈纶/粘胶/氨纶织物一浴法前处理和增白工艺,分析了碳酸钠和双氧水的用量、处理温度和时间对腈纶/粘胶/氨纶织物增白工艺效果和织物强力的影响。结果表明,选用分散荧光增白剂EVB;前处理的优化工艺为2%碳酸纳、6%双氧水、70℃下处理35 min,可以使织物获得较高的白度。

The one bath pretreatment and whitening process of acrylic/viscose/spandex fabric were investigated. The effects of the dosage of sodium carbonate and fabric strength, processing temperature and time on the bleaching process and fabric strength of the acrylic/rayon/spandex fabric were analyzed. The results show that a high degree of whiteness of the fabric can be obtained with the dispersed fluorescent whitening agent EVB. And the optimized pretreatment process is 2%sodium carbonate, 6%hydrogen peroxide, at 70℃for 35 min.
