教学查房是临床医学教育的重要环节，以培养临床医师的临床思维和实践能力为主要目标。癌痛是恶性肿瘤患者常见的症状，严重影响着患者的生活质量，是当前肿瘤临床诊治的热点之一。作者使用CBS‐RISE的新型教学模式进行癌痛教学查房，在应用现代化网络技术检索癌痛相关文献的基础上，以具体的癌痛病例为切入点，根据作者所在科室的特点灵活运用，逐渐做到规范化、制度化、科学化，使得下级医师通过教学查房深入了解癌痛的诊治策略，并使其自学能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力以及实践能力得到较大提高。CBS‐RISE模式的使用有助于癌痛临床教学与临床实践的有机融合，也有助于作者所在科室临床教学质量的提升。

Teaching rounds are an important part of clinical medical education .The main purpose of teaching rounds is to train the clinical thinking and practice abilities of junior doctors .Pain is a com‐mon symptom in cancer patients ,which seriously affects the quality of life .Thus ,the evaluation and management of cancer pain are becoming hot clinical issues .Our education practice in teaching rounds of cancer pain has achieved satisfactory results by using CBS (Case‐based Study)‐RISE(Reference In‐duced Self Education)teaching mode .This new mode was based on the use of modern network tech‐nology to search cancer pain related literatures ,and in line with the characteristics of our department . Thus ,it was becoming standardize ,institutionalize and scientific gradually .The CBS‐RISE teaching mode not only made junior doctors learn more strategy of diagnosis and treatment of cancer pain ,but also improved their self‐study and communicational abilities ,clinical thinking and practice skills .The application of CBS‐RISE mode will contribute to the integration of clinical teaching and clinical prac‐tice of cancer pain ,as well as the improvement of teaching quality of our department .
