针对酸性荧光染料的特点,对化验室仿样工艺进行优化。试验发现,可优化的工艺条件有酸碱度调节剂、染色保温时间、染后处理洗水温度、固色温度和固色保温时间。经过对这些工艺条件的调整,可以得到优化的化验室仿样工艺。用优化的化验室仿样工艺的结果与大生产样板进行对照,其色差在可接受范围内,各种色牢度也满足要求。
針對痠性熒光染料的特點,對化驗室倣樣工藝進行優化。試驗髮現,可優化的工藝條件有痠堿度調節劑、染色保溫時間、染後處理洗水溫度、固色溫度和固色保溫時間。經過對這些工藝條件的調整,可以得到優化的化驗室倣樣工藝。用優化的化驗室倣樣工藝的結果與大生產樣闆進行對照,其色差在可接受範圍內,各種色牢度也滿足要求。

In view of the characteristics of acid fluorescent dyes, the laboratory simulation process was optimized. After the experiment, it was found that the optimum technological conditions included pH regulator, dyeing heat holding time, temperature of washing water, fixing temperature and fixation time. The optimized laboratory process can be obtained by adjusting these technological conditions. In comparison with the results of the laboratory simulation process and the mass production model, color difference was acceptable and color fastness can also meet the requirements.
