A width-seam detection sensor has been introduced, which is independently developed by Hangzhou Kaiyuan Computer Technology Co., Ltd. to apply in the project of“the research and development of the sensor module in printing and dyeing workshops based on Internet”. The uniqueness of this detection sensor is to combine the traditional two separate functions of width detection and seam detection into one sensor, and the sensor is installed in one structure. The basic principles and structure of this sensor as well as the main situations in actual production in dyeing plants were also been discussed.
